How Is Coaching Different From Therapy?
While the life coaching I provide can be therapeutic, it is not therapy. Coaching does not address psychological issues. While emotional issues may arise, the primary focus is to help identify your goals, achieve them, and develop constructive habits and skills. Though the past is touched, the focus is on creating what you want now and in the future.

Are The Sessions Confidential?
What we discuss is confidential. However, our discussions are not privileged for legal purposes. The privilege of confidentiality that exists for clergy, therapists and attorneys is not granted to coaching professionals. That said, your sessions and personal information will always be protected.
How Long Do People Generally Work With A Life Coach?
For certain types of focused coaching, 3 to 6 months of working with a coach may work. For other types, people may find it beneficial to work with a coach for a longer period of time. Factors that may impact the length of time include: the types of goals, the ways individuals or teams like to work, the 'frequency of coaching sessions, and financial resources available to support coaching.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
I require a 24 hour notice to cancel all sessions. Please be sure to contact me if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment in order to avoid being charged for the session.
